When the customer is unsatisfied with the product or the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the items are damaged, the customer can return it/them within 15 days after delivery.

In this case, we will provide a refund/replacement for the product. The refund will be made at our sole discretion.

The customer shall return the product within 15 days of order receipt by the customer. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (the full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.

In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product.

l  The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.

l  www.lingerieandmore.co.uk will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.lingerieandmore.co.uk.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All refunds will be an issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
